1. What this is1. 这是什么
SIHAI provides readings based on classical Chinese divination — 六爻 (six-line oracle) and 命盘 (birth chart, using 紫微斗数 and 子平 methods). Readings are interpretations of a symbolic system. They are a cultural and reflective practice. 四海提供基于中国传统术数的解读——六爻，以及命盘（用紫微斗数与子平法）。解读是对一套象数系统的诠释，属于文化实践与反思工具。
2. What this is not2. 这不是什么
- Not medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice. For those, see a licensed professional. 不是医疗、心理、法律、税务或投资建议。这些请找持证专业人士。
- Not a prediction service. We describe structure, tension and timing windows — not certainties. 不是预测服务。我们描述结构、张力与时间窗口，不提供确定性。
- Not a substitute for your own judgement. Every decision is yours. 不能替代你自己的判断。每个决定都由你做。
- No rituals, talismans, "clearing", or luck for sale. We don't sell outcomes. 没有法事、符咒、"化解"，也不卖运气。我们不卖结果。

Adults only (18+). By using the service you confirm you are 18 or older. We don't knowingly provide paid readings to minors. 仅限成年人（18 岁以上）。使用本服务即表示你确认已满 18 岁。我们不会有意向未成年人提供付费解读。
4. No guarantee of accuracy4. 不保证准确性
We work carefully: charts are computed from classical methods, and a person reads each report before delivery. Even so, we cannot guarantee that any reading will be accurate, useful, or match your experience. If a reading doesn't fit, tell us — that feedback is how the practice improves. 我们认真做：盘依典籍方法推算，交付前有人读过。即便如此，我们不保证任何一份解读准确、有用，或与你的经历吻合。如果对不上，请告诉我们——这类反馈是这门手艺改进的方式。
5. Payment5. 支付
- Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency stated at checkout.价格在付款前显示，币种以结账页为准。
- Payment is handled by a third-party provider. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.支付由第三方服务商处理，交易本身适用其条款。
- Taxes and currency conversion, where applicable, are your responsibility.税费与货币转换（如适用）由你承担。

Digital reports: once a report has been delivered, it is not refundable — it is a finished piece of work, not a subscription. If we fail to deliver within the stated window, or deliver something materially broken, we'll refund in full. 数字报告：报告交付后不退——它是一件完成的作品，不是订阅。如果我们未在承诺时间内交付，或交付内容明显有误，全额退款。
Consultations: reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. Inside 24 hours, the fee is retained. 咨询：预约时间 24 小时前可免费改期或取消；24 小时内取消，费用不退。

Oracle readings are typically unlocked within 24 hours. Chart reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of a complete submission. If something is incomplete (for example a missing birth time), we'll ask rather than guess. 六爻解读通常 24 小时内解锁；命盘报告通常在资料齐全后 24 小时内交付。如果资料不全（例如缺失出生时间），我们会问你，而不是猜。
8. Acceptable use8. 使用规范
- Don't submit someone else's birth data without their permission.不要未经同意提交他人的出生资料。
- Don't use the service to harass, defraud, or make decisions about another person's health, safety or legal rights.不要用它骚扰、欺诈，或据此决定他人的健康、安全或法律权利。
- Don't scrape, resell, or republish the readings as your own.不要抓取、转卖，或把解读当成自己的作品发布。
- We may decline or end service where these are broken.如违反上述，我们可拒绝或终止服务。
9. Your content, our content9. 内容归属
You keep ownership of the question and data you submit. The report text, the method notes and the site itself belong to SIHAI. You may share your own report privately; please don't republish it commercially. 你提交的问句与资料仍归你。报告文本、方法笔记与站点本身归四海所有。你可以私下分享自己的报告，但请不要商业化转载。
10. Limits of liability10. 责任范围
To the extent the law allows, SIHAI is not liable for decisions you make after a reading, or for indirect losses. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question. 在法律允许的范围内，四海不对你在解读后所做的决定负责，也不对间接损失负责。若责任不可排除，则以你为该次解读实际支付的金额为限。
11. Changes11. 变更
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version. 我们可能更新条款。实质性变更会在顶部更新日期。继续使用即表示接受当前版本。
