Short version: we collect what we need to cast and read a chart. We don't sell it. We don't run ad trackers. You can ask us to delete it. 一句话版：我们只收解盘必须的东西，不卖，不投广告追踪，你可以要求删除。

2. What we collect2. 我们收集什么

Chart data — display name you choose, gender, birth date, birth time (or "unknown"), birth city. 命盘资料——你填的称呼、性别、出生日期、出生时间（或"时辰不详"）、出生城市。
Question data — the question you ask, your answers to the three narrowing questions, and the casting time. 问事资料——你的问句、三道收敛题的答案、起卦时间。
Order data — what you bought, when, and payment status. 订单资料——买了什么、什么时候、支付状态。
Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and a random device identifier. Used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. 技术数据——IP、浏览器与设备类型、一个随机设备标识。用于限流与防滥用。
Local storage — your device keeps a copy of your reports and language choice so the page works when you come back. 本机存储——你的设备会存一份报告和语言选择，方便你下次回来。

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that build a profile of you. 我们不使用广告 cookie、跨站追踪，也不接入会给你画像的第三方分析。

3. Why we hold it3. 为什么留着

To cast the hexagram and compute the chart you asked for.为了起你要的那一卦、排你要的那张盘。
To deliver the report and answer follow-up questions.为了交付报告、回答后续追问。
To keep a record of what was sold, for accounting and disputes.为了记录交易，用于对账与争议处理。

4. Where it lives4. 存在哪里

Your chart and question data is stored on our own server (a single machine we control), and a copy of finished reports stays in your browser's local storage. The website itself is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests as a content delivery network and may keep short-lived access logs. 你的命盘与问事资料存在我们自己控制的服务器上（单机），已完成的报告副本留在你浏览器的本机存储里。站点通过 Cloudflare 分发，它作为 CDN 会处理请求并可能保留短期访问日志。

We do not upload your birth data to any third-party AI service for storage. 我们不会把你的出生资料上传给任何第三方 AI 服务做存储。

5. What we never do5. 我们不做的事

We don't sell or rent your data.不卖、不出租你的资料。
We don't publish your chart, name or question — case notes are anonymised before any use.不公开你的盘、名字或问句——案例笔记一律先匿名。
We don't use your data to train models that are then sold.不用你的资料训练对外出售的模型。

6. Payment6. 支付

Card details are handled by the payment provider. We only see whether a payment succeeded, and a reference number. We never see or store your full card number. 卡号由支付服务商处理，我们只看到是否成功和一个流水号。我们看不到、也不存你的完整卡号。

7. How long7. 存多久

Chart and question data is kept while your account is active, plus up to 12 months for support and accounting. Ask us to delete it and we will remove it within 30 days, except records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons. 命盘与问事资料在账户存续期间保留，另加最多 12 个月用于售后与对账。你要求删除的，我们 30 天内删掉；税务或法律要求保留的除外。

8. Your rights8. 你的权利

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing us. We'll confirm within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you have the rights those laws give you — the same email address works. 你可以随时邮件要求查看、更正、导出或删除你的资料，我们 30 天内答复。如果你在欧盟/英国或加州，享有当地法律赋予的权利，同样用这个邮箱。

9. Age9. 年龄

This service is for adults. We don't knowingly accept data from anyone under 18, and we don't offer paid readings to minors. 本服务面向成年人。我们不会有意接收 18 岁以下用户的资料，也不向未成年人提供付费解读。

10. Changes10. 变更

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top and note what changed. 如果本说明有实质变更，我们会更新顶部的日期并说明改了什么。
